How to join a Minecraft server on Xbox
- Copy the server IP and port from its page.
- Install the free BedrockTogether app on your phone (on the same Wi-Fi as the console), enter the IP and port, then start it.
- On the console, open Minecraft → Play → Friends tab: the server shows up as a LAN game, join it.
Each server page also has a "How to join" page with its IP, port and accepted versions. Bedrock guide
Questions
Can I join a server with its IP on Xbox?
Not directly: the Servers tab only shows Microsoft's partner servers. The BedrockTogether app (phone on the same Wi-Fi) or the DNS method (BedrockConnect) let you join any Bedrock server.
Can I play with friends on PC or mobile?
Yes on cross-play servers, open to both Java and Bedrock players.
