Frequently asked questions

CraftRank is a ranking of French Minecraft servers. Servers are ranked by player votes, and the ranking resets on the 1^st of every month so everyone gets a chance.

Open the server page and click Vote. Enter your Minecraft username, answer the small anti-bot question, and you are done. No account is needed.

Once every 24 hours per server. You can vote for several different servers on the same day.

It depends on the server. If its owner has enabled rewards (with the NuVotifier plugin), your reward is sent automatically: log in with the same username you voted with. The vote page tells you when this is the case.

The status is checked about every 5 minutes. A server can be offline for maintenance, a restart, or because its address changed. If it lasts, contact the server through its Discord or website.

When logged in, click ☆ Favorite on a server page. In My player area, you see your favorites, the ones you can vote for again, your votes this month and your voting streak. You can also turn on an email reminder (at most one a day, only when a favorite can be voted for), which you can turn off at any time.

Trending shows the servers gaining the most votes over 7 days compared with the previous week. New lists the latest servers added. Paid plans have no effect on these lists.

Yes, without going through a store: add the site to your home screen. On Android (Chrome): menu ⋮ → Install app (or the “Install the app” button at the bottom of the site). On iPhone (Safari): Share button → Add to Home Screen. On desktop (Chrome, Edge): install icon in the address bar. The app opens full screen, handy for voting every day.

Log in, open the server page and scroll down to “Player reviews”. Pick a rating from 1 to 5 stars and write your review. You can edit or delete it at any time. Reviews have no effect on the ranking. How reviews are handled.

Click the server address (for example play.myserver.com) to copy it. In Minecraft, go to Multiplayer → Add Server, paste the address and join. Check the edition (Java or Bedrock) and the version shown on the server page.

Never in plain text. To prevent multiple votes, we only keep an encrypted fingerprint of your address, deleted after 48 hours. Your username, however, appears in the server's top voters. Learn more.

Create a free account, then click Add my server. Fill in the name, the address, a short description and your categories. You can add a logo, a banner and a full presentation. Listing and ranking are free.

By the number of votes received since the 1^st of the month. In case of a tie, a Premium or Sponsor server goes first. A paid plan can never put you ahead of a server with more votes. All the details.

On the 1^st of every month, the server that received the most votes the previous month is elected Server of the month. Its owner is notified by email and gets a badge to display on their website and Discord (in My servers → Banners). Only votes count: paid plans have no effect.

• In My servers → Banners, get your vote banner and short link, and share them on your Discord, your website and in game (welcome message).
• Reward your voters with NuVotifier (see the next question).
• Remind your players that they can vote every day.

In My servers → Banners, click Add the bot to my Discord, then type the /lier command in your Discord with the code shown. Your players then get the vote link with /vote, and /rappel posts a daily vote reminder in the channel of your choice. You need the “Manage Server” permission to link the Discord.

In My servers → Referral, copy your link and send it to the founders of other servers. When a server that signed up with your link becomes active (at least 10 votes from 5 different players within 30 days), your server automatically gets 7 days of Sponsor (or 14 days of Premium if all Sponsor slots are taken). The referred server must belong to another account; fraudulent votes cancel the reward.

1. Install the NuVotifier plugin on your server (Spigot, Paper, BungeeCord or Velocity).
2. Open its config.yml file: note the port (8192 by default) and the token (under tokens: default:).
3. On CraftRank, go to My servers → Edit, “Vote rewards” section, and fill in the host, port and token.
4. Set up the reward itself with a listener plugin (for example VotingPlugin or SuperbVote).

The Votifier port must be open at your Minecraft host.

In My servers → Statistics: votes per day, visits to your page and clicks on “Copy IP”. The last 7 days are included for free, and 30 days with a Premium plan. Statistics are anonymous and ignore bots.

A server can be hidden by moderation, for example after a valid report or vote fraud. The reason is shown in My servers. To appeal the decision, write to contact@craftrank.fr.

No. Bots, serial VPNs, multiple accounts or bought votes are forbidden. Suspicious votes are detected and cancelled, and the server can be hidden without a refund of running plans. Terms of use.

In My servers, click Delete. The page, its images and its votes are permanently erased.

Premium: a custom presentation page (large banner, color, video, gallery), a ★ badge in the ranking, priority in case of a tie and 30 days of statistics.

Sponsor: all Premium benefits, plus a card at the top of the home page, labeled “Ad”. Slots are limited to 5 at the same time. See pricing.

1. In My servers, click Promote next to the server.
2. Choose Premium or Sponsor and the duration.
3. Check the summary (exact period, total price), add a promo code if you have one, then click Order with obligation to pay.
4. You pay on Stripe's secure page, then you are brought back to your server page automatically: the plan is already active.

Bank cards (CB, Visa, Mastercard), via Stripe, with 3-D Secure authentication from your bank. Depending on your device, Stripe may also offer Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details are entered at Stripe and never go through our servers.

Immediately after the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. If a plan of the same type is already running, the new one starts when it ends: durations add up, you lose no days. The end date is shown in My servers.

No. Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed duration (day, week, month, year), with no automatic renewal: nothing will be charged afterwards. You get a reminder email 3 days before the end; to extend, simply buy a plan again.

Yes, Stripe automatically emails you the invoice and receipt, at your account address. Your purchase history is also in My servers.

On the summary page, enter your code in “Have a promo code?” and click Apply. The new price is shown before payment. One code per order. A 100% code activates the plan without payment.

Reload your server page: activation can take a few seconds if your bank asked for a confirmation. If the plan still does not show after a few minutes, write to contact@craftrank.fr with your account email and the payment date: we will activate it manually.

Plans start as soon as you pay, at your express request when ordering. If you change your mind within 14 days, the remaining period is refunded pro rata. Once the period has fully elapsed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Write to contact@craftrank.fr. Terms of sale.

On the login page, click Forgot your password? and enter your email or username. You get a link valid for 1 hour (check your spam folder).

Click your username at the top right to open My account. Changing your password logs out your other devices.

In My account: Download my data (JSON file) or Delete my account. Deletion erases your account, your servers and their votes. Invoices are kept for 10 years (accounting obligation). Privacy policy.

No. Only one cookie is used, strictly necessary for login and security. No advertising tracker or third-party analytics tool: we only count visits anonymously, without cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner.

15, or younger with a parent's consent. Voting does not require an account.

At the bottom of every server page, click ⚑ Report this server and explain the problem (scam, illegal or shocking content, vote fraud…). Every report is reviewed by a moderator.
